Sure we can, (and should).
Consider these revelations God wants us to be certain of:
Ephesians 5:1
Therefore be imitators of God as dear children.
Wow, imitators of God! God doesn’t mind, in fact encourages us to think like Him, speak like Him, as wella sact and react like Him. Check your Bible especially the New Testament now that Jesus has paved the way for all this through His finished work at the cross.
Then this one from the mouth of Jesus Himself:
John 14:12
12 “Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father.
How is all this possible especially when we generally feel so insignificant and these scriptural truths appear to be so far out there? I believe the Holy Spirit’s indwelling presence and power is far greater than we have generally imagined.
Let us not limit Him. Selah (Pause, meditate on this and rejoice.)
