Could it be that the reason we are still alive is that God has more for us yet. He has called us to be imitators of Him (Ephesians 5;1) in not only word and deed but also in the way we think.
When our renewed mindset filters out the world’s negativity, we are left with God’s truth as revealed to us through His Word reigning supreme in the way we act in and indeed react to life.
Be encouraged to steep yourself in God’s Word so that the process of mind renewal can go forward unhindered, and watch what happens for the good.
Romans 12:1-2
I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. 2 And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
Look at that! We get to prove God’s perfect will in our lives.
